Once DB Building Design has secured your planning permission and approval under building regulations, the majority of clients will project manage their own scheme. However, here at DB Building Design we are keen to help our cleints as much as possible and as such offer a number of post approval services:

Help getting quotes

We can prepare a tender pack and a list of contractors for your approval. We will obtain quotes from builders and check them to make sure everything's been included. We can even advise you on simple building contracts that will stipulate some basic contract parameters such as start and completion, payment provisions, etc.

Project Management

DB Building Design can also offer a full service whereby we will manage your scheme and be the conduit between you as client and the contractor.

Technical Support

Where schemes are of a complex nature you might like the peace of mind of having some technical support to call upon during the construction phase.
